Requirements:
- $100 room fee
- Signed contract and a refundable $150 security deposit
- 50+ guests to keep the event private
- $500 minimum in pre-ordered food
- IF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, THE ROOM WILL NOT BE PRIVATE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED.

- Up to 8 bar stools at barfront; sometimes removed for more space for guests
Requirements:
- $100 Room Fee
- Signed contract and a refundable $150 security deposit
- Need 30 guests in order to keep the room private
- Minimum of $300 in preordered food required
- IF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, THE ROOM WILL NOT BE PRIVATE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED.
