  • Signed Contract
  • $50 room fee Monday - Thursday. $100 room fee Friday - Sunday
  • Need 25 guests or more in order to keep the event private
  • $250 minimum in preordred food required
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET THE DAY OF THE EVENT. THE ROOM WILL NOT BE KEPT PRIVATE IF THE SCHEDULED GROUP IS LESS THAN ESTIMATED AND THE $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED- ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BILL.
